SunGard/Banner ERP Presentation

I wanted to remind you again of the May 4th (next Tuesday) Sungard/Banner presentation at the Crowne Plaza.  The attached agenda/schedule outlines all of the activities planned for the day.  Note: The schedule/agenda will follow the same format at the presentation last Tuesday.  Of particular importance to the Council and the Procurement Team, is the General Session in the morning and the Implementation meeting with the University Council/ERP Procurement Team at the end of the program (both in the St. Mary/St. Martin/St. Landry Rooms).  In addition, please attend any of the breakout sessions pertinent to your functional area of responsibility or interest and encourage your staff to attend these sessions as well.
